Refund Policy – We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first billing cycle if no support work has been carried out. A 5% processing fee applies to cover non-recoverable payment costs. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles.
How to Cancel – Simply email [email protected] at least two business days before your next billing date. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you’ll retain access until the end of the paid period.
