• When will I receive the monthly Degusta Box?
  After we have successfully received your payment, we will aim to deliver the monthly Degusta Box within a window of 5 to 7 business days. This delivery window applies to both new customers and recurring customers.
  
  You will receive tracking information via email and/or text message a few days before receiving your Degusta Box. In case you have not received any tracking info within the above indicated delivery window, then please contact our Customer Services team who is happy to help out!
• What's in the box?
  Degusta Box is a monthly surprise food and beverage subscription box with 10-15 products, many of which are new to the market. The items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious with excellent value for money!
• How much does Degusta Box cost?
  The box costs is 14.99 GBP each month if you choose a monthly subscription. After the first box, you'll be able to choose a quarterly, semiannual or annual subscription type with discounts.
• Is there a minimum subscription time?
  There is no mimimum subscription time. You can request for your account to be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service team directly. Make sure you cancel before the 1st, if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box.
• Can I skip a month of delivery?
  Are the timings these upcoming months not convenient in order for you to receive a Degusta Box? Not to worry, as you can skip your deliveries up until 3 months in advance. Please ensure to notify our Customer Service team before the 1st of the month to skip your upcoming boxes.
