I. Privacy Policy / Policy
The purposes of information collection include: pre-registration, completion of contracts, addressing customer inquiries related to products and services, product introductions, providing the latest information, customer surveys, product promotion, and other content in compliance with legal regulations.
Usage: Contacting customers, sending thank-you letters, surveys, promoting future events.
Personal Information Retention and Use of Period: Until the customer requests cancellation.

II. Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to provide the rights, obligations, and legal responsibilities of IEAE Vietnam by Chaoyu and users of the internet services provided by Chaoyu.
Protection of Personal Information
A. Chaoyu will collect the minimum necessary information to fulfill the purchase agreement when gathering user information.
B. When Chaoyu collects personally identifiable information, the user's consent must be obtained.
C. Chaoyu may not use the collected personal information for purposes other than those specified, nor provide it to third parties without the relevant user's consent. Chaoyu will be legally responsible for such actions.
D. Chaoyu will limit access to personal information based on necessity and minimize the number of employees providing that personal information.
E. When Chaoyu or a third party receives personal information from Chaoyu and has completed the purpose of collection and provision, they will immediately destroy that personal information.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
A. Registering with false information when signing up as a member or providing inaccurate information.
B. Misusing third-party information.
C. Altering information posted on Chaoyu.
D. Sending or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information specified by Chaoyu.
E. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of Chaoyu or other third parties, such as copyrights.
F. Damaging the reputation or hindering the work of Chaoyu or other third parties
G. Disclosing or posting on the shopping center any messages, videos, obscene or violent voices, or any other information contrary to public order and morality.
Copyright Ownership and Usage Restrictions
A. Chaoyu shall have copyright ownership rights over works prepared by Chaoyu and any other intellectual property rights.
B. Users may not copy, modify, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use for commercial purposes in any way or request third parties to use information that Chaoyu has intellectual property rights over, obtained when using Chaoyu, without prior approval from Chaoyu.
C. In the event that Chaoyu uses any copyrights that users have rights to under these Terms of Use, Chaoyu will notify the users of such usage.
