- "Ana y los 7" narrates the life and the illusions of Ana, a showgirl who is employed at a club by night, who dreams of being employed in the world of showbusiness and turning into a star of the cinematographic universe. She spent her infancy in an orphanage, never knew anything about her family, and looks forward to forming her own. She gets a day job at banker Fernando Hidalgo's house tending his seven children: Carolina, Nando, Amalia, Celia, Guille, Ale, and Lucía; and secretly keeps her night job at the club.
- With tankers filled with all kind of dangerous chemicals circumnavigating the globe, commercial shipping has become a highly risky activity with potentially disastrous ecological consequences. In a quiet and monotonous night, like any other in the port, a merchant ship with its load of chemicals request emergency authorization to dock, alerting the authorities. It's been hijacked by Kosovan terrorists who threaten to blow it up unless their commander who has been imprisoned on suspicion of having committed war crimes, is released. Anna, the port director; Luís, the police captain and Fèlix, head of the special operations group, must do everything possible to avoid the human and ecological disaster that is about to take place.
- Javier treats Laura very coldly and she makes mistakes with several patients, which doesn't improve their relationship. Finally, Javier decides to end their relationship and move out of their house. Laura tries to change his mind and make him give her another chance, but he has made a definite decision. Héctor notices that Miriam has consumed cocaine. She has problems with Elisa because she disobeys the boss nurse's orders and talks back to her disrespectfully. Later Dávila's niece disappears and Héctor finds her in the bathroom suffering a drug overdose. Cristina tries to help Henar, who needs a kidney transplant, but Aimé and Vilches think that she will drink again, so would not be the best organ donor. Later, there is an explosion in the hospital's laboratory and Cristina is seriously injured. Another problem in the hospital is a possible atypical pneumonia in Laura and Javier's patient, a situation that could close the Urgencia service. Queca is in labor after several false alarms; Rusti is nervous enough, and then the explosion halts the lift they are taking to the maternity unit. A patient's blood dirties the booties Teresa was making for Queca and Rusti's baby.
- Cristina dies after the explosion in the Laboratory. Her family donates her organs, and her liver could go to alcoholic patient Henar who needs a transplant. Henar helps the nurses taking care of a patient's children in the chaos of Urgencias because of the explosion and a possible SARS outbreak. Javier has decided to move out of Laura's house and she tells Eva that she cheated on him with Aimé but has realized that she really loves Javier and wants to be with him. Later, Javier guesses about the infidelity because of confusion with phone ringtones. Elisa and Dávila try to talk with Miriam, who has suffered a cocaine overdose of cocaine, and convince her to go to a specialized rehab center. Elisa promises that she will let her return to the hospital when she conquers her addiction. Queca gives birth to her daughter in the lift in which she and Rusti were trapped on their way to the delivery room because of the electrical breakdown. Guillermo has disappeared and Vilches seems untroubled about it; finally he asks Fran's SAMUR unit to look for him. Candela's mishap burns down Cruz's house; she was playing at spiritualism with her friends and lighting candles. Vilches kisses Cruz during her moment of weakness.
