- "Ana y los 7" narrates the life and the illusions of Ana, a showgirl who is employed at a club by night, who dreams of being employed in the world of showbusiness and turning into a star of the cinematographic universe. Later, there is an explosion in the hospital's laboratory and Cristina is seriously injured. Another problem in the hospital is a possible atypical pneumonia in Laura and Javier's patient, a situation that could close the Urgencia service. Queca is in labor after several false alarms; Rusti is nervous enough, and then the explosion halts the lift they are taking to the maternity unit. A patient's blood dirties the booties Teresa was making for Queca and Rusti's baby.

Elisa and Dávila try to talk with Miriam, who has suffered a cocaine overdose of cocaine, and convince her to go to a specialized rehab center. Elisa promises that she will let her return to the hospital when she conquers her addiction. Queca gives birth to her daughter in the lift in which she and Rusti were trapped on their way to the delivery room because of the electrical breakdown. Guillermo has disappeared and Vilches seems untroubled about it; finally he asks Fran's SAMUR unit to look for him. Candela's mishap burns down Cruz's house; she was playing at spiritualism with her friends and lighting candles. Vilches kisses Cruz during her moment of weakness.
