A fantastic new deal to close the year with: Procter & Gamble takes a 37,000 sqm facility at CTPark Prague North to be their innovation epicentre. Construction has commenced, and the future-ready facility will be ready for handover in September 2026. 🏗️💨 The facility is being designed to meet BREEAM Outstanding certification, and we are collaborating with Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT) on advanced fire-spread simulations to optimise safety and ensure the smooth operation of the automated warehouse. Angélique Terrien, Europe Logistics Vice President at Procter & Gamble, comments: 💬 “The Artemis project is where we empower our teams, giving them the chance to work with AI and new digital tools, creating more interesting, more valuable jobs for the future. The project is pretty exquisite in its architectural and technological scope.👌It includes a two-storey administrative building with its own pharmacy, which is a real rarity in industrial parks, but that didn't faze us for one second and we delivered it. 👏 The entire building meets strict pharmaceutical and sustainability standards.
