Last week, LEVO partnered with the B2B eCommerce Association to bring together AI leaders from across Omnicom, sharing how AI is showing up in their work, from building team confidence to unlocking creative and engineering gains to responding to shifting client demand. With 50+ enterprise B2B leaders in the room, the mix of perspectives made the conversation stronger, and showed the power of bringing these voices together. Thanks to Shane Newman for organising and Tim Freeman and Brett Sinclair for hosting.

AI is reshaping how manufacturers and distributors operate, but knowing where to start is often the hardest part. We're joining an upcoming workshop focused on the practical skills, frameworks, and use cases that help teams move from AI theory to real operational impact. If your organisation is exploring how AI could streamline processes, improve forecasting, or support smarter decision-making, this session is built for you. 🔗 Register to learn more: https://lnkd.in/gB7Zpwik Shane Newman Tim Freeman Cale Maxwell Alexandra Smith

Last Friday, we joined the Optimizely Digital Summit as a Platinum Partner, where our CEO Cale Maxwell took the stage with Ben Chu from University of Technology Sydney to unpack how a website redesign became the foundation for a much bigger transformation. What began as a digital experience project evolved into a shift in how UTS connects, communicates and operates, reshaping its governance, marketing and brand in the process. Together, Cale and Ben shared how a bold design approach helped UTS “zag” where others zig, creating a platform built for agility, scalability and impact. The work was then recognised in the 2025 Optimizely Customer Awards, with UTS taking home 'Immersive Digital Experience of the Year'. A great moment of recognition for a partnership built on a shared belief in the power of experience to drive change.

What happens when you rethink the B2B “storefront” entirely? At this year's commercetools Partner Summit in Byron Bay, our CEO, Cale Maxwell, sat down with SafetyCulture’s Dan Gray to explore just that. Together, they unpacked how SafetyCulture is blurring the lines between digital and physical commerce, empowering frontline workers, simplifying complexity, and using AI to drive real impact. A big thanks to Dan for the conversation and to commercetools for creating space for big ideas once again. Always a highlight of the year. 🌴

What happens when digital governance, brand strategy, and scalable tech finally sit at the same table? 🎓👩🏻💻 A once-fragmented website becomes a marketing engine. Engagement lifts. Rankings rise, and a new benchmark is set. At this year's Optimizely Digital Summit, our CEO Cale Maxwell will join University of Technology Sydney CMO Tracy Chalk on stage to unpack how one organisation turned 1,000 editors and 80 digital champions into a unified, experience-led ecosystem. And, why the smartest brands are now building from the stack up, not the site up... See you at the W Hotels - Sydney!

Transformations so good, they made the shortlist. From reimagining digital platforms to helping our partners thrive in change, we’ve built a reputation for making complex feel seamless (and even exciting). Now, we’re proud to share that LEVO has been named a Finalist in the Digital Transformation Agency of the Year category at this year's B&T Awards. Hearty congratulations to the other finalists and an even bigger thank you to our brilliant team and clients who make this work (and these milestones) possible. Bring on 28 November! 💜

Traditional SEO isn’t dead, but it’s no longer enough. 🔍 As our own Pankaj Prasad explains, AI agents like ChatGPT and Gemini aren’t looking for keyword density or backlinks anymore. They’re looking for clarity, authority, and trust. That’s why we’re excited to see partners like Optimizely building CMS features designed for AI-first discoverability, from metadata and markdown summaries to llms.txt and GEO analytics. A website’s role has evolved: it’s now a primary source for AI agents shaping the answers people see. Here’s what that shift means for your visibility https://lnkd.in/gGrrztcs

Change isn’t a straight path. The real test of leadership is how you guide people through the messy middle and bring them out stronger. 💪 In this edition of our regular change management series, 'No Magic Wand', Cale Maxwell and Renee Peary explore how leaders can cut through resistance, build momentum, and create lasting impact in an age of acceleration. Awards, arcade machines and coming together with some of the best and brightest minds in the B2B world. Just a small snapshot of what we got up to last week, and what a week it was. We had a blast at the B2B eCommerce World APAC conference in Melbourne. While we didn’t walk away with Agency of the Year, we were thrilled to cheer on our clients at Motion for their win in Best Customer Adoption Strategy, Dan Gray at SafetyCulture on his his B2B E-Commerce Leader of the Year win and of course, our very own Shane Newman on his nomination for Community Contributor of the Year. A big congratulations to Brett Sinclair on the success of the very first conference. Can confirm Buck Hunter will make a triumphant return to the LEVO booth in 2026.
