Christmas is a time to slow down and spend meaningful moments with the people who matter most. 💙 That’s why we’re taking a short pause too — from production, from sewing, from the daily rush. Thank you to all our partners for choosing thoughtful, sustainable solutions with us. Enjoy the holidays, recharge, and we’ll see you again in the new year. ✨

Do you know what you wear? 😱👖 That was exactly the question behind the exhibition by matériO' Prague where our innovative materials were featured. Fast fashion and textile waste? Serious issues we’re glad were brought into the spotlight in such an inspiring way. The show has wrapped up and the feedback? 🔥 Amazing! We’re proud to have been part of it and to show that the future of fashion can be both beautiful and smart. Big thanks to everyone who stopped by, got inspired and wants to wear things that actually make sense. 💚♻️✨

At Nil Textile, we see workwear as one of the most natural entry points into circularity. Uniforms circulate every day — they move, they are worn, washed, repaired and replaced. When we guide this cycle intentionally, it becomes a practical, hands-on way for companies and individuals to build real circular habits: returning garments instead of discarding them, understanding material value. This is where impact feels close and tangible. We’re proud to already support companies like Sonnentor s.r.o., Starbucks, E.ON, Bubblify International s.r.o. and others who are introducing circular workwear in a way that’s smooth for teams and meaningful for the planet. And as these loops grow, they strengthen transparency, traceability and ESG performance in an authentic, measurable way. 👉 Reach out to discover your workwear options! https://lnkd.in/eHtTtuJ6 #CircularWorkwear #NilTextile #WorkplaceSustainability #Traceability #PositiveImpact

We are a great long term fans of Apparel Insider, especially insights of Brett Mathews🤗 And we are for sure more then excited about this one on NIL Textile! 💥
A BLUEPRINT FOR CIRCULARITY? NIL TEXTILE LINKS EUROPE AND ASIA WITH PIONEERNG OPERATION: NIL Textile has built a vertical, circular model in the Czech Republic where fabric development, knitting, cut and sew and packaging sit under one roof. The plant is tied to a live take-back network and pre-qualified European recyclers, while the company enforces design-for-recycling rules at the start. Fibre blends, dyes, finishes and trims are specified so recyclers accept returns as feedstock. The same framework runs on two tracks. Proximity production in Europe for oversight and speed, and a vetted partner in Bangladesh for scale and price. Brands can choose around €7–€9 for a European option or around €3 in Asia. This flexible model gives buyers flexibility without dropping standards. It also lowers the barrier to real volumes for recycling partners. Read our piece on Apparel Insider in the comments.

♻️ "Circularity is not a trend — it’s a system shift." In a recent interview for FashionUnited, Mikuláš Hurta, PhD, CEO of NIL Textile, shares how conviction — not convenience — drives our mission to redesign textiles for a circular future. From lab innovations to large-scale impact, NIL Textile now works with 1,000+ brands and develops fully recyclable materials like NILCOTT® and CIRPAD®. Our goal? Keep fibers in circulation, not just once — but endlessly. Key takeaways: 🔹 Circularity must be designed, not added 🔹 Infrastructure matters — from collection points to digital product passports 🔹 Regulation is coming — and NIL is already ahead 🔹 Clarity beats greenwashing — the industry needs sharper standards 🧠 Hurta’s message: "Ask the ‘dumb’ questions. Focus. Stay consistent. That’s how change happens." 👉 Full article: fashionunited.com in comments #fashionunited #circularity #executive

MUNICH FABRIC START 2025 was yet again an amazing experience. Sustainable circular innovations, great minds, visions and functional solutions making the world of fashion cleaner and more transparent every day coming all together in one big bang! 💥 Thank you Muchaneta ten Napel for excellent summary of the panel discussion on circularity we had a privilege contributing to 💗 Andrea Roxin & Bas Slootman what a great honor to have you as a partners in discussion! 🤩
Circularity won’t save fashion, not if it stays a buzzword. Today at MUNICH FABRIC START, I had the pleasure of moderating a talk with Hana Fořtová (NIL Textile), Andrea Roxin (Quantis Germany), and Bas Slootman (The Fabric Connector). We tore the gloss off and tackled the uncomfortable questions. Each panellist brought the kind of honesty the industry usually avoids. From infrastructure gaps to “green theatre” to financial fragility, one truth was clear: Circularity isn’t optional anymore. It’s existential. Read my full recap of the panel here, including the brutal takeaways and what fashion brand must do next three years if it wants to survive the next decade.
