Top tip for your first week back at work in January 🚀 Before you add anything new to your Salesforce roadmap, pause. What we see every January is this: - Roadmaps built on top of unresolved technical debt 🧱 - New features launched with low user adoption 📉 - Teams moving fast, but not always cleanly ⚠️ The strongest starts to the year happen when organisations: - Tidy the foundations first - Align the roadmap to real business outcomes 🎯 - Fix adoption issues before adding complexity January is for clearing friction. The speed comes later. If you want a second pair of eyes on your Salesforce roadmap, technical debt, or adoption challenges, we’re always happy to help 🤝 #Salesforce #SalesforcePartner #DigitalTransformation #CRM #TechDebt #UserAdoption #RoadmapPlanning #BusinessTransformation

Everyone is talking about AI right now. Agentforce, autonomous workflows, predictive actions… But here is the truth most teams are quietly discovering: AI is not the goal. AI readiness is. There is a misconception that adopting AI is as simple as switching on a feature or buying capacity credits. Yet in every successful Salesforce AI project we have seen this year, the technology was the easy part. The hard part was everything underneath it: 💥 Clean, structured data 💥Clear, documented processes 💥Streamlined automation 💥Logical permissions 💥Consistent user behaviour AI does not fix these gaps. AI amplifies them. Before Agentforce can make a decision, it needs clarity. Before it can automate a task, it needs consistency. Before it can interpret your business, it needs your business to be interpretable. The organisations that will see the biggest gains from AI in 2026 are not the ones with the largest budgets or the most features turned on. They are the ones doing the unglamorous foundational work now. AI is a multiplier. Make sure it multiplies the right things.

Tuesday Top Tip: Clean Layouts = Better AI Decisions If your page layouts are cluttered, your AI will be confused too. Why? Agentforce relies on clean, consistent data. Every unnecessary field increases the chance of incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent inputs — which directly affects AI decision quality. Quick action: Remove low-value fields, move the most important ones to the top and simplify the layout flow. Cleaner layout → cleaner data → better outcomes from every AI feature you adopt in 2026. #toptips #automation #agentforce #salesforceoptimisation

Most teams think AI readiness starts with buying Agentforce licences. It doesn’t. It starts with fixing the small things in your Salesforce org. Here are three “quick wins” that have a huge impact on AI success: 1. Clean up your automation AI agents rely on clear, predictable logic. If your org still has old Workflow Rules, overlapping Processes or legacy Flows, AI will struggle to make safe, accurate decisions. 2. Simplify page layouts Cleaner layouts = cleaner data. Cleaner data = better AI outcomes. Even removing unused fields improves the accuracy of automated recommendations. 3. Refresh dashboards to spot AI opportunities When reporting is messy, it hides inefficiencies that AI could automate. A quick dashboard refresh often reveals perfect early use cases for Agentforce. If you want to see how AI is already being used in real Salesforce environments, we broke it down here: 👉 GHR Cuts Admin Time By 80% - https://lnkd.in/e2JK6qta If you’re planning budgets, this also helps: 👉 Agentforce Pricing Explained - https://lnkd.in/gFiBWUmF 2026 will be the year AI becomes operational in Salesforce. The teams who take care of the quick fixes now will be the ones who benefit first. #agentforce #salesforce #aiautomation #agentforcepartner

Tuesday Top Tip: Automation Clean-Up for AI If you want agentic AI to work properly in 2026, start by tidying up your automation today. Why? Agentforce relies on clear logic. Old Workflow Rules, Process Builders and overlapping Flows create noise, contradictions and unpredictable behaviour that AI cannot interpret. Quick action: Audit your automation list and deactivate anything that is no longer used. A 10-minute clean-up now removes hours of troubleshooting later. Small step. Big impact. Your future AI agents will thank you. #tuesdaytip #aitips #automationtips #agentforce #salesforce

🎄 A short story about community, kindness and the magic one person can create 🎄 Every December something special happens in Bloxwich. Long before most of us begin wrapping presents or organising festive plans, Steve Antill is already busy bringing Christmas to life for children across the community. It starts quietly. A growing list of names. Parents reaching out. Children hoping that Santa has not forgotten them this year. And Steve makes sure no child is left out. This year alone he has written more than 630 personalised Santa letters, each one thoughtfully created so that every child feels seen and valued. For many families these letters become treasured keepsakes that are talked about long after the tree has come down. It is a beautiful reminder that the smallest gestures can sometimes have the biggest impact. Then as December moves on, the nights come alive with the Santa rounds. Children rush to their doors hoping for a glimpse of Santa, their faces lighting up the moment they spot him. For some this could be their only chance to feel a little Christmas magic. At the heart of it all is Steve, giving his time, his energy and a piece of his massive heart to make those moments possible. What makes all of this even more remarkable is that he does it purely for his community. He does it because he wants to make the world around him a little brighter. His time, effort and compassion have touched hundreds of families over the years and we honestly could not be prouder of him. If you have never seen the work of Bloxwich Phoenix, you can get a glimpse of it here: 🌟 Santa Letters: https://lnkd.in/e32mcMqd 🌟 Community updates: https://lnkd.in/en8rC6Na Steve is also helping to raise funds for Acorns through Rotary, supporting children and families who need care at the most difficult times. Five quick Salesforce fixes you can make before January that will save your team time next year… Here are three that make an immediate difference: 🔹 Tidy up unused automation Most orgs have Process Builders, Workflow Rules or Flows running that nobody remembers. Removing or consolidating them reduces confusion, improves performance and makes future changes safer. 🔹 Simplify page layouts Cluttered layouts slow users down and increase data-entry errors. A 20-minute review can transform the experience for sales and service teams. 🔹 Refresh long-forgotten dashboards If your dashboards were built around old KPIs or stale data, they will not support 2026 planning. A quick tidy-up can make reporting faster and far more accurate. These are just a few of the five improvements we share in our new article.
