Keynote speaker Sonal Shah, Director at Rocket Kommerce, reminded us at Equinox 2025 that failure can be one of our greatest teachers. Through authentic storytelling and personal reflection, Sonal shared her entrepreneurial journey — from founding Valuecart to building a global cross-border commerce venture connecting international brands with Indian marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. Her message was clear: Authenticity and resilience are the foundations of lasting success.

A warm welcome to Dean Hamilton, Huron’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and corporate vice president. Dean was appointed CTO in December 2025 after joining Huron through our acquisition of Wilson Perumal & Company in September of this year. He leads Huron’s global products organization and has more than 30 years of experience building, leading, and scaling technology and software companies. Over the years, he has founded and sold multiple companies, led large engineering organizations, and served in senior executive roles, including five years as founder and CEO of a software products company that went public under his leadership. Dean is a collaborative leader known for his technical depth, strategic thinking, and humility, and he is passionate about driving growth through innovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better end to the month! The Huron Premier League (HPL) brought incredible energy, with 12 teams playing their hearts out— full of teamwork, passion, and quite a bit of friendly competition. Beyond the matches, HPL reminded us of what makes Huron special: coming together, cheering each other on, and building connections across our teams. Our team took collaboration to a new level through the Human Orchestra by Sideways — a one-of-a-kind experience blending rhythm, coordination, and fun 🎶 Together, we created something truly unique, moving in sync as one team and one sound.
