4⭐️ I enjoyed the book for the most part; just found the level of spice just a little bit too much for my taste. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable read. #2025 #christmas #romance #fiction

Received what I can only assume is my #jolabokaflodswap package (no indication that it was on the package; gift bag is from a friend).

CuriousG My husband did the mail run and forgot to write #jolabokaflod on the box. That definitely is what it is though 😊 2w

4.5⭐️ I know that this book is considered to be quite divisive and readers really like it or really don‘t like it, but I really like it. There were lots of things that I liked about and it didn‘t hurt that I learned something about Canadian history that I didn‘t know about until I read this book. #2025 #bookclub #basedonatruestory #historicalfiction

3⭐️ I had signed this book out many times over the past few years, hoping to get around to it. This year I finally got around to it and I was a bit disappointed with the book. Having read a number of the author‘s books and enjoying most of them, I was underwhelmed with the story; I don‘t see myself rereading this book. #2025 #fiction #christmasfiction
