Steak continues the legacy of one of the Twin Cities’ most legendary culinary addresses, once home to the acclaimed La Belle Vie.

Our Story

As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was created to carry forward the heritage of the space that formerly housed La Belle Vie, one of the region’s most revered fine-dining restaurants. After spending nearly a decade at La Belle Vie early in his career, Mike DeCamp returns to this storied kitchen to write his own chapter in its history.

At P.S. Steak, we honor that legacy while disrupting the expectations of a traditional steakhouse. Here, timeless elegance meets a fresh, seasonal approach to steakhouse cuisine.
