This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the hosting services provided by Reforest Hosting. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms of this policy, which supplement our general terms and conditions. We may revise this policy at any time without notice.

Resource Usage

  1. Hosting services include server space for uploading files and websites.
  2. You are allowed “unlimited” server space for standard, non-file-distribution web usage. For video, audio, or other file downloads, we may impose a bandwidth limit of 250GB per calendar month.
  3. You may not use more than 10% of our platform’s processing capacity or engage in activities that could negatively affect server performance, such as:
    • Running unattended server-side processes or daemons
    • Running web spiders, indexers, or IRC-related software
    • Hosting BitTorrent files, file-sharing services, or gaming servers
  4. Users must not give away web space or free websites under a domain without proper authorization.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our hosting services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harm minors or upload offensive or illegal content
  • Send spam, bulk email, or unauthorized promotions
  • Transmit malicious software, such as viruses or spyware

Content Standards

Content hosted through Reforest Hosting must:

  • Be accurate, genuine, and comply with UK laws
  • Not include defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
  • Not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. Accounts sending unsolicited bulk email may be terminated immediately without notice.

Reselling

You may not resell hosting services unless we have agreed to this in writing. Any hosting services inactive for 50 consecutive days may be deleted.

Suspension and Termination

If you violate this policy, we may take action, including suspending or terminating your services, removing offending content, or pursuing legal action.
