I'm surprised that hosting requires document verification. I just wanted to test the service to give the company feedback on whether it's worth migrating to your service. But this has had an impact, and now we won't be migrating to your service.
As for the payment, it's certainly unique... As for accepting payment, it can be done at any time. As for the refund... wait until the weekend... don't accept payments on the weekend, so you have an idea of the service's capabilities.
I also have a question about the return; they returned it for half a dollar less.

Account verification is a mandatory requirement for EU-based hosting companies, as it is directly tied to relevant EU regulations. Additionally, we have corrected the refund amount - the initial refund was reduced by a payment processor commission, which has now been fully adjusted.

I had a few ups & downs, or specific request sometimes and they always had responded present to help me out with it, to find a way around, or a solution.

Can't recommend them, horrible service
Can't recommend them, we bought dedicated server from them which was with instant delivery as they said, they delivered us that server BUT it's not working and now we are trying to reach them using ALL possible ways (skype, mail, telegram,tickets) and they don't reply us for more then 12 hours, BUT they say that support is 24/7 but that's not true!

However, we have found your profile registered recently. Based on the information in your profile, you have no orders, no active services, no payments, no requests in chats, tickets, Skype or Telegram. We have already sent you an email from Customer Care to make an operative contact with you, identify and solve the issue.
Could you tell us in reply when and in which channel the requests were made, we will try to help and solve the problem as quickly as possible. Perhaps you have another account. In this case, please write to tell us from this account about the problem in any way convenient for you.

Not recommend at all. My creadit card wasn't changed and ... I'm long term client that was working with tehm more than a year. They have a very stupid policy regarding unpaid servers. Be ready that in 3 days if invoice is not paid - they stop the server and after 4 days they will delete WHOLE data.

We are always glad to provide a grace a period to our customers in case they let us know if there will be a payment delay or another issue.
In your case, we didn’t receive any notifications or updates to postpone the payment and the server was blocked, lately - deleted as we didn’t hear from you.

Team at unihost are great. Moved my server to them as was pay 5 x cost with a different host. The team at unihost helped get my server up and running in no time and when i was having issues with my URL not pointing the server they were very quick in helping me solve the issue.
