As if the world needed more proof that Canadian girls kick ass, Socool gifts us with this beautiful album of instrumental chillout electronica. The first track immediately warmed me like a candle in the dark and the good vibes continued to the end. There are a nice variety of textures throughout (including occasional bass guitar) with engaging percussion that never becomes overbearing. I'm very happy to have discovered Socool and look forward to hearing more great music from this artist! Scott
