I had made two chocolate cakes before. They were all moist chocolate cakes. But, came out as hard as stone (Because I saw the batter was very watery, so I add more flour...and I repeated this mistakes over and over again) though the taste were chocolaty and the sweetness were just nice.
Today, I made another moist chocolate cake again. This time, I didn't add flour. I follow the recipe exactly. So, come out soft and nice.
BUT, the frosting was a bit not smooth, got a bit ketulan-ketulan like that. Very hard and sticky. The texture makes the deco work very difficult. So, the cake looks very cacat. Lol...
After that my mum suggested me to apply some drinking water on the surface and smoothen it with bread knife. It came out well. Not so sticky and hard anymore. The frosting really gloss!! =)

And it looks more neat. =)

When I thought this cake was perfect. After several bites, the sweetness was really killing us we ccouldn't stand it. My dad who volunteered to take this cake as breakfast said he's changing his mind. He prefered white bread instead. Sweat...
