  • I am delighted for the opportunity to comment on the professionalism, thoroughness and kindness of real estate agent Tia Lilly of Centerville, MA. 

    My family has owned vacation property on Ashumet Pond in Mashpee, MA for more than sixty-five years. The property was a beautiful location on a bluff overlooking the lake where we made many cherished memories as a family. Last fall we made the very difficult and sad decision to sell. In addition to many family members moving away, the property and house needed significant work that we could not keep up with. Much of this work was required by updated (and aggressive) town building codes with many curve balls thrown at us. 

    None of this phased Tia. She was able to work with Mashpee officials to update our property lots which resulted in an increase in our property value, and we believe, made the property more marketable. 

    We decided to trust our sale with Tia since she described herself on her website as a “waterfront specialist” which we can happily confirm. She actively screened potential buyers and kept us informed throughout the process. She was able to find us a cash buyer who was also interested in renovating the cottages not demolishing them. We think Tia found a family who can enjoy our property like we did for those many years.

    We strongly believe that using Tia in any real estate transaction would be a wise choice for someone looking to minimize the trauma of buying and selling real estate and maximize the bottom line.
