Every Sunday, we close out our service with a simple but powerful commission: Go+Be the church where you live, work, and play. Summer serves are an opportunity to help our church family live out our mission. Our goals for these service projects are to Go+Be light in the world around us, to bring hope to those who need it, to foster community in our church, to introduce our small groups to future potential non-profit partnerships for ongoing serving, and to provide an opportunity for people to get connected to our church.
How can you join in? Mark your calendars for the dates below and RSVP to serve with us for the events you can join, invite your small group to join you, and invite someone who is not connected to a church to simply come and do some good with you. More dates and opportunities will be available soon.
Wellspring
June 27| 9:45 am – 2:30 pm
A day of pampering and fun with our senior friends at Wellspring Nursing Home. We will start the day off with nail painting and wheelchair walks, break for lunch, then return for some fun tabletop games, live music, and some refreshing Root Beer Floats or Boston Coolers. Our friends at Wellspring always enjoy our visits and look forward to our visiting every year. This is a family friendly serve, aĺl kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We encourage you to invite your family, friends, and neighbors to come too!
