Jody was able to take gut-wrenching pain and shame and turn it into a Christ centered testimony of what the power of the Holy Spirit living inside of you can do. I have twins as well and the whole time I am reading this I am trying to wrap my head around how I would’ve been able to navigate this horrific situation if I had not had the support of my husband in a Godly home and like-minded parenting in trying to raise our kids on Biblical truths. I am in awe of how she overcame the worst of circumstances and used it all for God’s glory. Even though I have not personally dealt with this situation this book definitely highlighted areas in my life that I need to trust God with and work on in my daily walk with Him.

Her courage and wisdom inspired me to learn more about this epidemic, it's effects, and how to be brave in the midst of it. She provides thoughtful and enlightening support on coping with your situation, making decisions, and most importantly, knowing that you're not alone. At the end of each chapter, there is a Call to Courage which I enjoyed and found very helpful. Despite the topic of pornography addiction being awkward for me, this book helped me understand it better and be able to talk about it (which I never thought I would would). This book is a must read for anyone who's going through the same situation or simply wanting to learn about how pornography addiction affects relationships.

I never thought of viewing this matter thru the eyes of the victims! The psychological trauma must have been torturous and forever damaging. The betrayal and heart wrenching heartbreak is mental abuse without equal or question. Kudos to the author for having the courage to show others they are not alone. They are loved and they can be made whole again through walking through this with God’s Word as their ultimate guide.

Jody shares a painful personal journey. Even if you haven’t had this in your life we all have painful experiences in this broken world. But there is hope in Jesus for all kinds of our brokenness. Excellent read for anyone who has struggles in their life.
