The Ledger Nano X is an excellent crypto wallet — very secure, reliable, and easy to use once set up. The blue color looks beautiful in person and gives it a premium, modern feel.

Setup is smooth but a bit time-consuming, especially the first time, but that’s expected with something this secure. Once you're done, everything runs flawlessly.

To buy or swap crypto, you use third-party vendors like Coinbase or Transak through the Ledger Live app, which works fine but just something to be aware of.

Overall, if you're serious about keeping your crypto safe and want something that looks and feels high quality — this is the one to get.

I got the Ledger Nano X rather than the Nano S as the X supports Bluetooth. The Set Up was straightforward and simple to follow and the connection to the App worked very well. There is plenty of material on Youtube to show how to transfer your Crypto to its Wallet. The transfer process is also pretty simple. All in all a great little device and has a real quality feel. The steel really feels strong and solid adding to the feel of the overall security of the device.

My only real negative is that to buy bitcoin from the app can only be done with its partner Coinify which might not suit people who buy the coins from different exchanges. You also need to consider the their Payment Card fees versus the ease of use. I buy my bitcoin on Coinbase Pro and then I have to pay the network fees to put them into the Ledger Wallet. That is the price of having my coins securely stored, but it's worth it.

The only thing I wished it came with would have been a little carry bag or wallet (a physical wallet for the crypto wallet). The device does comes with a small lanyard so it could be attached to a set of car keys for example.

This item came and works well you can update it and use it in the way that it is supposed to be used. It supports the functions that you would expect. I am happy with this product. One thing to keep an eye on is the battery level make sure you don't leave it too long to boost it up so it is always ready to use when you want too.

It only worked at first when plugged in so it seemed like there was a fault with the battery. Once I updated the Nano X with my phone and tried the troubleshooting for this common issue it eventually started charging. I restarted it and pulled the plug out more times than I can count once the battery error appeared and it fixed it. This seems like a bug Ledger will need to fix as I was about to return it. Please everyone, if you get the battery issue update the Nano and follow the steps for the e7 error 5 times then pull the cable out a few times and it should sort it for you.

Having read some of the reviews here, some of which were quite negative, I was a little reticent to buy this product, but I'm so glad I did.

The whole package, including the software, Ledger Live, works really well, and is brilliantly designed. It's easy to set up with the software smoothly guiding you through the process.

It's the whole package so you don't need to join another crypto exchange to buy and sell your crypto assets. You can sell/buy/exchange right from the hardware and associated software. Once the software is set up on your phone and/or computer you can see your accounts/valuations etc. without having to connect the hardware.

It's a very well thought out and implemented product. I thought it was a bit expensive before I'd received it, but now, having used it, I think it's worth every penny.

All future customers beware that when you purchase a hardware wallet from Legder and try to set it up you will literally be forced to sign up for a 30 day free trial of their upsell recovery services (which in my view are totally unnecessary for the majority of people). If you don't sign up for it you cannot complete the set up of your hardware wallet and use it - there is literally no way to do it. Once you are signed up you will of course not receive any reminder that the free trial is ending and when you request a refund on that first payment for the service you never used or wanted they will refuse to refund you. It's also difficult to get any support and their AI chatbot is pretty dumb and will keep misdirecting you instead of helping you solve the problem. This company's entire value proposition is that they are your trusted partner in the Wild West crypto ecosystem when sadly they are just another grifter.
