    It’s the only form of magnesium I can tolerate. Others I’ve tried have made me tired all day. Helps you relax if taken before bed and very mild laxative which is useful to keep regular.

    Have been taking for a while now. Previously took magnesium with vitamin d3 and zinc however haven’t noticed a difference with this.
