Bag was very dirty on arrival

The bag was dirty enough when it arrived that the friend I sent it to as a joke was worried about eating it. While the value is in the joke itself, for $13 I expect the candy and container to at least be clean. This has clearly been sitting in a dusty closet or warehouse for ages.
