    Although it shipped and arrived quickly, and was inexpensive, it’s junk.

    None of the holes were drilled straight, the edges were chipped, and the bases of the large cam holes were uneven and full of attached debris. That means the cams don’t sit flush with the surface and other pieces won’t line up properly. It also means that the mounting pins do not sit plumb and don’t go into the receiving holes on the connecting piece.

    Measurements between holes to mount the countertop piece were off. This means when it’s flipped over to attach to the cabinet base, the top and box don’t line up.

    The biggest issue is that the two back panels are oversized on height by more than 1/4 inch. It’s impossible to assemble this unit without cutting the back panels down. There are slots on the bottom of the cabinet and the underside of the countertop. The height of the back panels (even with the extra clearance given by the top and bottom slots) should not be more than the height of the side panels.

    Aside from that, there were also greasy fingerprints and handprints all over the pieces. Chips on corners and edges that were not initially visible, became visible when wiping off the greasy prints with a dry cloth. So they tried to mask damage (with what looks like chalk) before packaging and shipping.

    It also appears that some chips were repaired with glue. Cracks are still visible and the surface is uneven where pieces fell out and glued back in place.

    Overall, the packaging was okay and there were protectors between each piece. Not that it matters because every single panel and drawer piece had damage of some kind.

    The only way to get a refund is to completely disassemble the piece, repackage every

    thing, and try to get it back into the box. Then find some way of moving the 65-ish lb box. Then find some way of returning the item.

    I’ve never been so irritated and disappointed in an online purchase. The only positive to the entire product is that the instructions are thorough and easy to understand.

    What a waste of time and money.

    Looks great, but the wheels broke off when rolled with a load (used as a bar cart). I added to the frame and replace wheels with ball castors bought from Amazon.

    Garbage product. Waste of money.

    The holes to assemble a lot of the parts didn't line up and the wheels all ripped out in less than 4 weeks, after only moving it a few times.

    This product had missing screws so one cabinet door has not been put in, and when closing the draws it slides open again on both sides.

    Take your money elsewhere. Wheels broke off and there is no easy way to fix. The cheap wood block with the screw completely came off.

    Wish i could just get my money and time back.
