4* really but after Amazon's Customer Care service it's 5* because of the issues i'll mention, first it is a beautiful item, as others have described, it spins smoothly and is completely stable, quite mesmerizing, it's what i expected, the moon is very realistic and it's not too bright it looks real in all 3 colours and the light can be turned off, it can be difficult to level it onto the magnets and i succeeded in 5 minutes by being very rigid gentle & slow handed and it starts to lock into place, you can feel it locking, the letting-go part was the hardest, after watching it over a period of time it started-off spinning very slowly and over an hour or two it sped-up a bit and has remained constant - the 4* issues i had were it's not correctly advertised: 1. it's not USB powered it's actually mains plug 2. it's not 18x18x22cm size it's actually 14x14x19cm. edit: i found the nak is once it starts to lock, tilt the top towards yourself slightly and it's ready to let go. now it takes only a few seconds to setup

The lamp works extremely well, the globe hovering 2cm above its base, glowing brightly and slowly rotating. It's a little tricky to mount - I can now do it in seconds but the the first couple of times it took several minutes. You need to very accurately position the globe over the centre of the base and feel for the small stable position. Once mounted it is rock steady. If you turn it off it noisily falls back on its base and is captured off-centre by a permanent magnet.

My only criticism is that the base should be heavier. When mounting the globe you have to hold the base down to stop it being pulled up to the globe if the positioning is very slightly off.

It's an attractive quality product that definitely attracts attention.

Stopped working after a few months.

Arrived super fast, looks nice and expensive, easy to set up, spins smoothly, complements my decor perfectly. Also sooo relaxing and ambient at night ✨ just perfect for a cosy evening/bed routine. Multiple colours of light, but yellow is my favourite, helps me to fall asleep so quickly. Amazing as a gift option too, gonna buy some more for my friends 🌚

AMAZING. Me and my kids clubed in this christmas for this lovely levitating lamp for my husband,it's exceeded all expectations. Came early with lovely packaging. Set up is a little tricky but was up and running in 15 mins and has been running ever since, 3 colour options are subtle and relaxing although we've preferred to stick to the white , I do think it's a shame there's no remote for this or even an option for the colour changing to be on continuous but this in no way takes anything away it where my husbands concerned, mesmerising, christmas gift hit!.

The lamp itself is of high quality and a stand out to others. I sadly could not get mine to float, I’m not sure if something in my flat affected the electromagnetic field but many others have got it to work so I assume it must be circumstantial.

The seller was excellent, quick responses and extremely helpful when my package got stuck at customs. I would buy again with this seller as they are reliable and helpful.
