Purchase options and add-ons

  • Waxed Canvas
  • Imported
  • Top quality 27 inches wide x 34 inches long full coverage apron protects you until the knee when you are working. If you've been looking for a premium quality heavy-duty work apron at an affordable price then your search is over. That's because our 16 oz waxed canvas apron is handcrafted, reinforced with grommets and rivets, double stitched tool pockets and thick top and bottom hems which means that it is incredibly durable. Also includes a safety glasses strap and metal tape holder
  • Revolutionary. Unlike other aprons that are stiff and heavy as cardboard which cause you discomfort, our apron features a very tough but flexible material that gives you protection and still flexible enough to move comfortably. It also doesn't trap dust and prevent oils from soaking through to your clothes.
  • A Fresh approach. The problem with other aprons is it causes neck and back pain as it hangs around your neck. Our product solves that problem because our apron is designed to hang over the shoulder which means that weight is distributed evenly over the shoulders. Never suffer neck and back pain again.
  • Practical. Our Apron has strategically placed pockets so that you have everything you need close to hand instead of constantly search for them. Front pockets are deep and have ample space with flaps to keep out dust and can be tucked into pockets. The "cell phone pocket" is large enough to hold an iPhone 8+ with zip to prevent it from falling out when bending over.
  • Unique. Because our apron has a quick release buckle and unique harness design which is easily and fully adjustable. That is great because it can adjust to fit any body frame and preference. Once you have it adjusted to your fit, taking it on and off is straightforward and it stays on well without slipping off.

Quality Apron
Pros: Not too stiff, adjustable fit, accessories are accessible, easy to get on & off Cons: Could use some more pockets for fasteners This is a very nice upgrade from my old thin-denim apron. My old apron was long and went below the knee, so I already knew I'd definitely want that again, which made it much easier to narrow down the choices. In my case, the apron needed to be at least a minimum of 35" from top to bottom to achieve this. Construction: My apron measured 37 5/8" L & 26.25" W. The stitch-work and rivets all seem sturdy and I can't see any of it failing. The tape measure clip is very accessible and can be holstered sight-unseen. It also sits low enough that it won't fall out when bending over. The hammer/rag strap is large and can also be used sight-unseen, as well as the ring. These easily could have been giant let-downs, but they were spot on (at least, for me). The pencil holders are expectedly tight. If you happen to use flat carpenter's pencils, they will stay put. I'm going to stretch mine out to make it easier to use for a mechanical pencil or pens, etc. Personally, I don't care for how all these aprons are now seemingly focused on being made to hold phones; I'd rather they be more practical pockets without straps or zippers in the way, but maybe that's just me, I keep my phone elsewhere on my body. Fit & Straps The straps offered enough adjustability to get as close to a proper fit as I desired (which is high on the chest). I'd say I spent about 30 minutes dialing in the fit with the straps, as I was alone, but it was time well spent for it to be comfortable and not distracting when either standing or bending over. ***I'd highly recommend using a tape measure so you can keep track of strap section lengths as you go***. You may find that maybe you get the shoulder straps where you want them but then the backstrap feels too high or vice-versa, etc. Makes it easier to go back to a previous arrangement while adjusting other strap sections. I'm 5'9", I included 2 labeled picks of my final strap positions in case it speeds this up for someone of similar height. Material: The material seems that it will last many years just fine. I poured some cold water on it and it beaded and puddled up as you'd want to see. I'd recommend you take one of the legs and pierce it with varying sharp objects so you have an understanding of what the apron will deter or not so as not to let it make you complacent. In the pics, I poked a knife and an awl through with only finger force, but giving it some non-aggressive slices that would make you bleed pretty profusely with that knife only produced marring, no cutting. If you need something that will offer more robust penetration protection, you need to go with leather, but this should keep most 'normal' flying debris and errant grazes from being bleeders. I also briefly subjected part of the leg to open flame from a normal BBQ grill lighter. The slight delay to catching aflame is reassuring that it can be used confidently while grinding metal. (Though a fabricator doing heavy duty grinding might want something more robust. My grinding doesn't last for extended periods). Suggestions: I think they could improve the apron with more pockets, or offer an additional version as such (though still with the same layout for the accessories!). I did almost choose another apron because of this (Guwamy 20-Pocket). However, I'm right-handed and the EcoZen's accessory placement was suited to my natural movements. A long row of smaller vertical pockets along the stomach (between the chest and lower abdomen pockets) would be perfect for holding fasteners and other bits and pieces (might see if I can get someone to sew some on for me). The more small stuff I can carry on me without extra holders, the better. I'd use the apron for a lot more around my house than just shop work with that ability alone and I'd probably take that with me when doing Mr Fixits for others, just for the convenience. Final: No real complaints, other than the suggested extra pockets. Well made, will have this for many years and would definitely recommend to others. Note: the patina in the apron is from me crumpling and un-crumpling the apron to start breaking it in, it ships much more clean-looking.

Great quality and comfortable shop apron for wood workers. Very impressed with the quality and comfort of this apon. It is well made, has a good assortment of pockets and most importantly the shoulder straps are wonderful. They stay in place and don't hang on your neck, more like bib overall straps... Wide, comfortable straps that rest on your shoulders and a cross buckle strap to keep it all where you want it. There is quite a bit of an adjustment range so most folks will find it very comfortable and practical. I highly recommend this apron and wished I had on years ago. Buy it!

My heart is same with Amazon is not being able to feel the products in your hands to test them out to see what they feel like to examine them up close. And we have all gotten a package where the item didn't come close to what we were anticipating.there's having to be one of those times where it was on the opposite end of that spectrum. I had hoped for a nicer woodshop apron. And done a bunch of research to find the right one for me. The couple that I really wanted were in the $200-$250 range... Which was just so much more than what I could afford right now. So for the time being I did end up going at cheaper route. I found the one that checked the most amount of boxes that I was looking for. And the most amount of pockets up high, but use the thicker grade canvas, it had two hand pockets for placing your hands in and pondering... :) It shipped sooner than in the of the other aprons. And when it arrived at the house, I could not have been more ecstatic to open it up and see How it was made, and what it felt like, and the craftsmanship that went into it. I was actually contacted before it arrived to double-check that it was still in transit and make sure that it had not been delivered without me realizing it. The company a small mom and pop shop (That as national as well as local communities, we desperately need places like these shops to stay around in order to keep the economy moving forward!!!) And that was one of the added benefits of buying through them. As a local community tradesman, making wood furniture and decor, I am always trying to talk Friends, Family Members and loved ones, into spending local money on local products. I am not always the cheapest product or even the fastest built product compared to most of the big box stores or a place like international wood furniture builders. Very few parts of their catalog is very rarely made in the community that they so to serve in! Then I'm not backing on the big international box store places They have their purpose and their right to exist as well, but we need to support the local economies and help those business members survive and thrive and if that means paying 10% more to receive a high-end customizable durable apron then I'm happy to pay that higher percentage, as well as having it built in the United States. This outfit was so kind reaching out to me to make sure the package had been delivered and taken care of because they said that they had had a few customers that did not know the package was coming through USPS, and did not know that it was sitting at their PO box, expecting it to come from the brown shipping company and directly to their doorstep. When I received it and put it on for the first time I was tremendously blown away by the craftsmanship. Of course it would be extremely wonderful to have a custom built shop apron with the perfect amount of pocket holders for everything that I want to keep on my person. As well as being able to pick the material it's made out of in order to get a more breathable, lighter weight, softer, more durable, custom stitching and Your Custom Company Logo and incredibly the same quality of apron Because of their quality of work and attention to detail. They can offer such options on their higher end aprons because it is US made, by US American ;) True Artists Tradesman!! Do not spend less money on a cheaper inferior product ship from who the hell knows where in hopes of receiving something that's usable. they're low and apron which is the one I bought is every bit is price competitive as anything out there. And the quality is off the charts! I think it might run you like five 10 more dollars in the average shop apron. But it is 10 times the quality and value in the product. In the next couple years, maybe for Christmas or my birthday....I am requesting from the wife, or my mother, one of their top-of-the-line, custom made when ordered, shop apron. But right now I am still tickled pink with the quality of the $40 apron I just bought a month ago. I've been so impressed that I'm going to buy a second one for my shop assistant....who is usually a high school neighbor kid struggling to get through school with their Graduation Diploma as well as staying out of trouble. It also gives them a skill, and confidence and tools to help them succeed in their life. Or at times it's an individual that is recovering from an addiction or 2, has been recently released on probation, and deserves another chance and doesn't have the money to purchase their own apron. I use that position to teach them a craft, get them back on their feet, and back safely blended into society again. Nine times out of ten it works wonderfully as they are extremely grateful and go on to bigger and better things. The value in the apron makes it so that I can afford a second one for those working around me, so they can enjoy the luxury and convenience of staying clean, by keeping glue off of yourself, being safe adding another layer of durable protection from lumber sap, shrapnel from the table saw, or anything else that could reach up and rip holes in the clothes or injure you. I don't know convenience of having your measuring tools and hand tools at your reach at all times is unparalleled. And I may even end up buying a third one for the shop assistant that is more a boss than an assistant, and sure does love to boss me around in my own DAMN SHOP!! (My special assistant, the extremely beautiful Lovely Lady Friend, my wife! 🤣) She had been complimenting me on the apron and how nice it was that it kept all the glue off my clothes and that she didn't have to keep finding and handing me my pencil... She didn't even know I had just bought it. I know that I have rambled and I am truly sorry for the grammatical errors in this 37-page essay(I am really tradesman, not in English professor. And what normally stops me from writing one of these review information list, is the embarrassment of my 40-year-old English Dum Dum brain!), but I've just been so impressed with this apron and the group behind them that makes them and stands behind their work that I felt like I had to take some time and leave a review on a product I truly believe in. I honestly don't believe I have written more than two of these product reviews my entire life, or at least I can't remember when the last time was when I gave a review and sat down and wrote and out and recommended a product to the public, I don't say don't Ha!! That is how much they have impressed me. I would like to publicly announced to those reading this novel / Thank EcoZenLifeStyle for the incredibly high quality product they have provided me. I wish I would have taken the leap and bought one sooner, but nonetheless I now have another solid piece of shop safety equipment that I won't ever be taken' it off while I'm down in the shop, right alongside my respiratory mask (during milling boards down, sanding to 220, and coating in whatever your finish is, and Safety Glasses, as well as your Safety Glasses, then lastly Safety Glasses). I would like to say Congratulations and thank you again from this really small, Family run, Locally Owned and Operated Wood Shop Company in the greater Salt Lake City, Wasatch Front Area.....Thank You once again!! I'm recommending you guys to everyone I come across and meet, and all my Wood Whispering Friends☝🏼👍🏼

Very nice product, generally well crafted, lots of fitting options. The material is relatively stiff and heavy, appropriate for waxed canvas. It fits generally well. Although it is functional, one of the adjustable apron straps was twisted before it was sewn in place, something for the manufacturer to take note of. I look forward to getting some really good protection for my clothing and sufficient pockets to keep tools handy.

Woodworker and vintage woods tool restorer here (chisels, axes, hatchets, etc., doing a lot of bench work with full range of hand tools, grinders, sanders, bench and standalone power tools, etc).

So fed up with oils, stains, abrasions on my work clothes. Needed a better, heavier duty apron than what the hardware store has. Was about to make my own when I decided to see what's available through Amazon. Studied this one awhile, made comparisons to a range of others. Deliberated a long time before selecting this one. Turns out, a wonderful choice.

Absolutely thrilled with this the moment I opened it and put it on.

    *Quality Design, Manufacture*

Comfortable, durable, magnificiently designed and finished. Freedom of movement yet full body protection.

    *Sizing/Fit*

I'm on the "upper end" of its size range at 6' 3" tall and 270 lb. But you sure can't tell it. It could easily fit guys larger than me. Well, maybe at the chest, not much more room left, but I've probably got a broader chest, bigger shoulders than most. Waistline, though, plenty of strap to go yet on me, and I'm at least a 44 in the waist. Waist straps have plenty of room yet to adjust far, far wider. And see how it still has plenty of apron on the sides of me. So, this accommodates large men. Basically, though, I didn't make any adjustments. I just slipped it on and, wow. Like it was custom tailored to me, seems like. Way larger than I expected it to be. Happy for that.

And it looks great! Some of what I saw on line looked like sacks with straps. Others, so many pockets and confusing pockets and doo-dads that Edward Scissorhands might wear it. This one is smart, sensible, well thought out.

    Love it!

    Very nice apron!

Got this to protect my clothes in the wood shop; does that very well. Has a heavy-duty feel to it that approaches 'stiff' but when I am working it isn't noticeable or distracting, even when bending/reaching/stretching. Seems to be very well made. One of the reasons I bought this one was because of the hoodie pocket which you can get to easily with either hand. Great for holding a rag during glue-ups or anything you need to get to quickly. I looked around for a couple of days, reading reviews, comparing features before finally choosing this one. It seems a lot of people use (or consider) these for grilling/cooking... personally, I wouldn't use mine for that. Not that it couldn't handle it but I wouldn't want to get it greasy. You would definitely look cool standing at the grill with this bad boy on but, for cooking, I would pick something washable.

The back straps are very long so if you are a big guy, this will still fit. Personally, I don't need them that long so I might ask my wife to shorten them for me or at least sew them 'doubled up' at the right length so they aren't hanging. The small keepers that are suppose to keep the extra strap from flapping around don't work very well and quickly migrate to the buckle. The extra strap hanging off can make it a little harder to clasp/unclasp but this is just me being picky.

I bought the Long version (I am 6' 2") and it hangs to just below my knee. It did come with the glasses loop and metal tape holder (though I don't use them, some say theirs did not have them). I was concerned that the metal tape holder would be in a bad spot that I might scrape against when going in to the pocket but that doesn't happen at all.

Highly recommended, definitely worth the money. Would make a great gift too. Every time I take it off and have sawdust-free clothes, I wonder why I didn't get an apron sooner. I am actually eager to put it on when I start working... it is that nice. Even when I am working, when I reach into the hoodie pocket or grab a pencil from the pencil pocket, I find myself thinking 'Wow, this is a GREAT apron!'

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and thoughtfulness that has gone into the making of this apron. The shoulder straps are very comfortable and there is an adjustable retention strap that keeps the straps from falling off your shoulders. The flaps that cover the large pockets are another great idea - as a woodworker, large pockets tend to fill up with sawdust so this should really help with that problem. The material seems very durable but not excessively heavy. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone that needs such a thing.

Not only does it fit fantastic, it is super easy to use. The length is perfect. The pockets are sufficiently large. It does not pull on the neck but rests comfortably on the shoulders.

Bought this after using a much lighter duty apron for a long time. I've used it now for a few weeks and am happy with it. Very thick and robust material. The apron stays put once it's on. The shoulder pads tend to slide around a lot, and I found myself constantly having to pull the pads back into position, but this was easily fixed with some CA glue, or if I wasn't in a hurry, could be sewn to the strap. Otherwise the strap configuration and adjustability is excellent, they do not get twisted and everything just falls into place when you put it on, which was probably to most important factor for me as I stopped using my old apron because the straps were terrible. It's a bit tricky to put on but worth it not to be fighting errant straps all day. The apron does a great job keeping sawdust off of me, so I can take it off and go into my house without leaving a wake of sawdust behind me. The tape measure clip doesn't work at all with my miluakee stud tape, and works ok with my DeWalt tape, but the kangaroo pocket works well for holding my tape instead. Great value, great apron, expect it'll last me years.
