This is an awesome product that not only allows you to save on groceries, but its also wonderful for organization!!

I use mine to keep my food fresh by sealing it and eliminating the air in the packaging.! Eliminating the air helps stop the growth of bacteria and mold. I also noticed when the bag is sealed prior to being frozen, it helps eliminate freezer burn.

These sealers can also be used to organize craft items, sewing items, toys, hair ties, gift bags, tools, crayons, pens, markers, and SEVERAL other odds and ends (helped eradicate my junk drawer). You can even seal items like blankets & clothing, saving you from a dry cleaner expense. My sister borrowed mine to seal her wedding dress and my nieces handmade baby blanket.

I have seen and used other types of sealers in the past. I prefer this type of sealer because it is much easier to use. Its hand held, allowing you to navigate around the item. With the large sealers, you are forced to seal in a straight line and are unable to corner or maneuver around the item. A lot of these other sealers have to remain on a flat surface and can jam up. They are heavy, take up a lot of counter space, and require you to purchase a specific type of plastic (can be very costly). With this item you can use the original packaging or pick from several other cost effective plastics. I like this because I am able to buy decorative or colored plastics to use on my gift baskets!!!!

I am very happy with my purchase and find myself looking for an excuse to use it lol!!!! I am also pleased with the price and will be ordering several more for our annual Christmas party!!

“I recently purchased the ROMSTO Mini Bag Sealer and it’s been a game-changer for keeping my snacks fresh! It’s super easy to use—no preheating needed—and it seals bags in a snap. I love that it’s small enough to take with me anywhere and the built-in cutter is a great bonus. I did have to go over some bags a couple of times to get a perfect seal, and the instructions weren’t in English, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Pros:

- It works

- Small size easy to handle and store

- Easy process, just press and swipe.

Cons:

- Difficult to operate, the protective cover is also the battery cover and it does not stay pushed back while trying to seal, it comes forward with the move of palm. Bad design.

- Magnet is weak, so just keep it in the drawer.

- Tracing is difficult, also difficult to seal bit thick plastic bags.

Verdict:

For the price, you can get it and sometimes, it comes handy, specially with the chips bags and others.

Worked well straight out of the package, although it takes a little practice to get right!

PROS:

• No wait time for heating!!

• So mini you can easily store it away in an utensil drawer and it’s cute enough to leave out!

• Sealed my opened salad kits quickly, even if I had dressing towards the top!

• Has a magnet for your fridge or pantry (if you have metal in your pantry, like me) easy access for next use.

CONS:

• I can easily go straight across but I always seem to miss my starting point by a quarter of an inch.

• I’d have given it 5* but I cannot find any assistance for how to consistently seal across the entire package the first time.

I’ll post the info if I figure out the trick to better seals on starting points!

TIPS:

•Check your seals before placing into storage — should keep your items fresh & ready for your next snack/meal when done correctly.

•Practice on items to check if what you’re hoping to seal works with this particular sealer.

•Read their info!

•It’s so small, and moderately made, be careful to not drop it. It might survive from hand to counter but not hand to floor!

Originally was going to give this five stars, but how can you give something credit that isn't even working.

Call me crazy, but I don't like to waste money so when a product like this is made available, of course going to get one to use and seal every chip bag, snack, cheese, cereal, etc, to keep it from going stale or spoil faster. Had purchased this product like 2-3 years ago, first one worked great so got another right after for my nephew that was going away to college, but he forgot it.

Just moved and found the forgotten one so didn't need to buy one, it had been in the box for a couple years. We'll it worked for a couple weeks and gave out, at first I thought it was the batteries since they were a bit old. It barely heated up, that's when I realized new batteries weren't going to help and something else was wrong. Tried new batteries every day for a week than nothing much else to do

So I was skeptical cause I saw some bad reviews but also some of those people seemed to not be using it right SO I got it. AND ITS GREAT! We are chip eaters and I have 12349 million chip clips and even use my hair clips sometimes to close bags if they are in reach! Lol! This worked on the first try! &&&& it even COMES WITH BATTERIES!! What in America even comes with batteries anymore?! THIS DOES! I’m sorry I’m super excited … I’m in my 30s and little gadgets make me happy 😃. It doesn’t feel hot , it’s easy to clean, I can magnet it to my fridge, I can cut the bag AND reseal it QUICK, in seconds — faster than it takes me to find ONE of my 1928755 chip clips!! The color is absorbs. It’s small and easy to store if not on fridge. The seal is also air tight!!

In order to use i have to remove the panel that houses the battery

I thought it would be a toy like a product, purchased just as a tester, but it does really seal well and happy about the choice I made to buy and I’m using it more often and makes my life easier..! Highly recommend this product good quality and very affordable. And it does have a magnet that can be put on your fridge 😃

What a gem of a buy this little gadget is. It does exactly as it says it does. So simple to use to and seals everything from your opened pack of fries to your extra pieces of lego. Has worked on all the types of soft plastics I’ve resealed so far. Now my husband says ‘where’s the bag sealer’. I’d recommended this product

This device seemed like such a great idea for the job I had to do. Seal up 100 small plastic bags with cookies in them.

Well the device worked very poorly for around 40 of the bags and then stopped working all together.

This was supposed to make the job easier and neater but ended up being quite time consuming due to the fact that this bag sealer didn't work properly, then at all.

What a waste on money.
