I bought a 2023 Ford Lightning slowly started to realize that all of the non tesla chargers are a hit or miss! This is not a good thing when traveling! After i heard that Tesla allows Ford Lightnings to use their network I ordered mine through Ford but time after time they just keep delaying my adapter. i discovered Lectron, and because of their fast shipping I ordered one. It arrived at my house quick and decided to go to my local Tesla supercharger which is only a mile away and try it out. After reading the instructions I went ahead and first plugged in the Lectron adapter into my truck and it clicked nicely. After that, I plugged in the Tesla Charger into the adapter, and after I activated the charge session via the Tesla app, instantly it started to charge my truck!!! Since receiving it, all I use now are Tesla Chargers with my Lectron adapter and let's just say, I am happy with my purchase.

    I recently purchased the Lectron Tesla Supercharger (NACS) to CCS Electric Vehicle Adapter, and my experience has been quite a journey!

    At first, I encountered an issue with the adapter not delivering the expected charging rate. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to reach out to Lectron's customer service. I must say, their support team was fantastic! They responded quickly and were very understanding of my situation.

    After explaining the issue, they promptly sent me a replacement. I was thrilled when the new adapter arrived and worked perfectly! Now, I’m enjoying a solid charging rate, and it has made my electric vehicle experience much smoother.

    Really hoped this would be awesome! Worked great for about 15 mins. Then my R1S shut off charging at 60% battery showing an error on screen. Was super hot but i was able to disconnect. Couldn't charge even after i unplugged and drove home to use my own home rivian charger. Only after things cooled down for an hour was i able to charge using my home charger. Not worth damaging my charging port and voiding my warranty. I'll wait for the Tesla made NAC adapter to ship from Rivian...

    My Kia EV6 CCS is not on the list of cars approved for the general Tesla's NACS charger network, yet. But there are about 5 Tesla charger locations in California which are "open to other EVs". And they are not crowded most of the time. One of them happens to be along the route I travel quite frequently and the available EA's charging stations are usually fully occupied. So I decided to give this adapter a try. And it worked flawlessly without a hitch! My only gripe is with the Tesla supercharger(s?) because while it was rated at 250kW, my charging session maxed at about 96kW, much slower than a typical 230kW at EA's superchargers. On the other hand, the Tesla's charging fee was 25% less at $0.41 than EA is charing around here ($0.56).

    The adapter itself is well constructed and easy to use.

    This product appears to be well-made. It's a solid piece of equipment and arrived promptly. I used it today for the first time on my 2024 Chevy Blazer EV. I pulled up to a Tesla Supercharger station, accessed the QR code on the stand to create a Tesla account. I put in the make, model, etc of the car, filled out the credit card info for payment, plugged the Lectron adapter into the Tesla plug, put it into the Blazer port and waited a minute or two for the handshake. It charged the Blazer from 64% to 80% (my self-imposed limit) in less than 13 minutes. I didn't need to use the Tesla today as I have a Level 2 charger at home, but I wanted to make sure the adapter worked before the 30-day return deadline for Amazon. All in all, I'm very pleased.

    Good product. Has a decent weight to it, not light by any means. Does not work at every Tesla station for my Mach E, use your car app to see which ones are compatible. Other than that, and the awkwardness of the cables being super short, it works as advertised. Attaches and detaches in a flash, just follow the instructions. Highly recommend.

    I was a little anxious about this adapter as I’ve read plenty of criticisms about it on social media websites, but I’m long down the list for the official adapter. The other big name adapter wouldn’t ship for weeks and I was headed out on a long road trip to an area that has superchargers and few other options. So, nervously, I ordered this adapter and received it the next day. It’s $50 more on here but for the quick shipping, it balanced out.

    I gave the adapter a test run using a nearby supercharger before hitting the road. I placed the adapter in my Rivian’s charging port, then connected the Tesla charging cable and that was it. It started charging immediately and didn’t give me any errors. No issues overheating, and it didn’t get stuck in my car or on the Tesla cable like some people swore it would. It was an eventless charging experience — just as I hoped it would be. I’ll use it until I receive the official one, and probably just keep this as a backup even then.

    Product seems nice and was well-reviewed, but the website is very, very deceptive. Please make sure you do your research first. The website says, very clearly, that GM and Chevy products work with this. It's simply not true. DC Fast Charging is simply not available at Superchargers through this adapter, at least not for my Chevy Bolt. It is very disappointing because they are adding more confusion is making the switch to electric vehicles harder, when they should be making it easier.

    The product seems well-built, and perhaps it's on me to have not done my research (though I thought I did when the website said GM OK - turns out that means GM WILL BE ok sometime SOON). If you have a GM, wait until they produce an adapter themselves. Skip this one.
