Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. This is the second order that we have placed for this product, when the first one stopped working after exceeding the product lifetime. Indeed, the product is great. The machine is sturdy and comes with a good rotatory motor, blending and grinding jar contents easily. However, when we ordered it, the wet grindinng jar had a leakage defect. To our great relief, the customer care service responded quickly and we got a replacement in no time. Now, we are happily using it.

For the last 2 years, we used this "NutriPro Juicer Mixer Grinder" on everyday bases, and it has completely exceeded my expectations.
