As soon as I got this out of the box I knew how to use it. Every part is self explanatory, simple, and easy to understand. Whatever genuis or group of geniuses that came up with the powerful suction technology with such a lightweight frame should receive a prize for this product. I can say goodbye to brooms, dusters, blowers, sprays for computer keyboards, and car vacuums forever. This one stop shop replaces them all. I can easy pop out the patr where the debris goes and wipe off the filter and dump the contents into a trash can. Simple. No one is giving me any incentive to write this review. I am just a happy customer who can deeply appreciate how much value this piece of equipment has added to my ABC's (Always Be Clean)

    Stopped working after one use. I contacted the company through the Amazon support feature. The company responded within a day and explained that the power button needed to be pressed for 2-3 seconds in order to start. I was elated to find out that was true. Now it works wonderfully. I bought this because it has a good suction. Now I can use it for my car. So, I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 5.

    Had for a year and vacuum has failed. During that time it was lightly used. Will only stay on for 300 seconds or so and then shuts off. Design was flawed from the start because the on-off switch on the grip was very difficult to avoid during use and if you touched it even lightly the vacuum would turn off. Now, it turns off without even touching it. I do not recommend.

    This is the best little vacuum ever!! We use it in our vehicles and camper. It’s easy to use very durable. It picks up everything ( not a brick ), suction is very good battery life lasts long. Has 2 batteries but we never needed to use 2 to get what we needed done.

    I'm extremely disappointed with the Zarimi hand vacuum. Initially, I thought it was a great tool, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience. While it does a decent job cleaning the dashboard of my car, it fails miserably when it comes to reaching tight spaces on the floor. The attachments kept coming loose, and I'd often find myself re-vacuuming the same mess because dirt would spill out of the container. The pieces just don't stay together for long. I thought maybe I was applying too much pressure, but it turns out the vacuum just isn't strong enough. The battery life is also a major issue - I had to recharge it multiple times, and even then, it wouldn't pick up crumbs or hair effectively. To top it off, the pieces don't fit back into the case properly. After trying to make it work for a while, I've decided to send it back. It wasn't what I expected, and I'm not willing to keep struggling with it.

    Started out decently fir the first several uses, pretty quickly though, the nozzle holding the tips cracked and will not hold the tips securely anymore which causes a great loss in suction. Reachability is pretty poor and for some reason seems to have trouble reaching certain areas. The single good thing to say is the battery does last a while and two batteries are provided to be able to charge one while using another (and doubling length of use).

    I have tried several different car vacuums and this one actually is my favorite. It has two powerful rechargeable snap on batteries just like your better rechargeable drills do. This is easy to use because it is cordless and because the way it is shaped. The tools that come with it are in sets for specific uses like vacuuming, blowing up balls, and as a duster for your computer keyboard. I recommend this produce and would buy it again.
