So I’ve almost finished my 6months supply. The positives are that it’s certainly helped my sleep and I achieve 7-8 hours most nights. I’ve noticed it has almost made me more calmer as a person.

However, I do think maybe there is a placebo affect to a certain extent. As I have slept just fine without taking it for periods of time. I would say my anxiety levels have stayed roughly the same as prior but I feel less stressed.

I’d say if you are someone that suffers from poor sleep, then give it a trial. But I’ve found natural ways to decrease stress/anxiety and improve sleep quality. So if you’ve done research and tried different methods for months, and you still are struggling with the above, then use ashwaganda as a last resort.

I have use for 2 weeks, and feeling more positive, sleeping better and not so moody in the mornings. I have an underactive thyroid, and take these in the evening after dinner. Do not get night sweats, but I also take with selenium and zinc supplements. Would buy these again.

I've noticed a very mild sense of calm during stress and slightly better sleep, but the effects are subtle. I was hoping for a stronger impact on my overall stress and energy levels.
