This makes the step extremely compact for storage. The risers are also extremely easy to put on and take off, so it's really no hassle to take it out daily for use. With or without the risers, the step is solid and stable, does not wobble when stepped on. I ended up getting a second step so I can play around with multiple levels when I exercise. If you're on the shorter side, I've found it works nicely as a foot rest for better ergonomic position at a desk.

    Perfect little step for our home PT. Steady, sturdy, just the right size. Works for our workouts to gain balance and mobility. We appreciate that it is adjustable since we needed to start with the lower level and build up to the 2nd height.

    After my hip replacement I had trouble with the step into the house, which was almost 10 inches high. I bought this so I wouldn't be struggling with this step. It was very helpful. It held my weight of about 190 lbs. I bought 2, one for side door and one for back. The height of each step is different and that is where the attachment comes in. Once I'm in the house I use the hook of my cane to pick up the step to get it into the house.

    This stepper is a nice size for exercising in a condo. Neither too big, nor too small. Very sturdy and easy to stow when not using. Bonus, the extra legs to add height, store in the base. Handy as a short step stool too.

    Good to have lying around on the kitchen floor. Every time I get something out of a kitchen cupboard I step up on it even though I can reach. Several times a day, I do ten reps per side. Having it sitting out encourages use. The height is just enough to work leg muscles without straining. It's the repetitions that count.
