It’s already anchored by a €26M public commitment from ADR Vest: roughly 70% of the fund is secured before private capital enters. You join an already de-risked base.
We scan Western Romania for tech founders ready for the next stage, writing initial and follow-on checks of €500k to €4M into Seed and Series A companies that build from Romania toward global markets.
Our approach is based on conviction, institutional governance, fair terms, and operators who have seen enough cycles to spot a start-up worth backing from light-years away.

Three institutions with different mandates, proven track records, and a shared interest in discovering Western Romania’s next tech stars. Governance, risk and compliance sit on a separate axis from portfolio management, per AIFMD standards.

Meet the crew
We pair a grounded, Paris-based AIFM handling risk and institutional compliance with a talented local operating team in Timișoara tracking regional deals. Decisions run through an Investment Committee at Aster. Risk and compliance are held separately. Independent oversight is built in.
