Navigating Early Childhood Behaviors

This full day workshop is designed to help Preschool and Kindergarten teachers support students with big behaviors. Teachers will gain strategies in the following areas: proactive classroom management, function based thinking, responding to students during and after behaviors, communicating with parents, and addressing missing behavioral skills. Because we will be addressing behaviors of students who are at the early stages of language development, this workshop is appropriate for not only early childhood teachers, but also educators working with ELL or students with limited expressive and receptive language. Registration will begin at 8:30.Lunch and parking are included.
