Freshers Rising: Paturu Sahithi

paturu sahithi joined Bounteous x Accolite as an intern in March 2024 after completing her Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad in 2024. In the two-month internship, she underwent comprehensive training across various technologies, including Angular, React, Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate, SQL, and more.

"I was impressed by the structured and supportive environment," Sahithi says, highlighting how she gained valuable hands-on experience with the guidance of skilled professionals and quickly built upon her academic knowledge through continuous mentorship and feedback.

Bounteous x Accolite’s Learning University aims to create independent full-stack developers with technical competence and soft skills, ready to add value to customer projects. Beyond just theory, the program focuses on practical aspects to test their abilities and prepare them for real-world scenarios. In line with this ideology, Sahithi worked on a project chosen based on her consistent performance and potential. This project helped her dive deeper into software development and strengthen her grasp of the tech stacks she was learning. Despite her background in ECE, Sahithi thanks the support she received during her internship for helping her transition seamlessly into the software domain.

Currently, Sahithi continues to grow as a Full Stack developer, working primarily with Angular and Java, while expanding on the skills she acquired in the program. She credits the Learning University with broadening her capabilities and providing exposure to projects that challenged her technically and intellectually.
