Operator Membership for One or Multiple Locations
AHF membership is designed for self-operated healthcare foodservice and senior dining organizations. Membership is held at the site (location) level, and each site may include one or more designated operator contacts.
Membership runs January–December and is prorated by the start month.
Single-Site Membership
For self-operated hospitals or senior dining communities enrolling one location.
- Site with 1 Contact: $275
- Site with 2 Contacts: $470
- Site with up to 5 contacts: $720
- Site with up to 10 contacts: $930
System Membership (4+ Locations)
Designed for systems enrolling four or more locations. Our team will work with you directly to set up your membership and ensure all sites and contacts are properly configured.
4 Locations: $1,500 (includes up to 8 operator contacts)
Each additional Location: $375 (includes up to 2 operator contacts)
