Fresh produce, local goods, live music, and free yoga are returning to downtown Stamford as the Stamford Downtown Farmers Market kicks off its 2026 season on Saturday, June 13.
The weekly market will be held every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Veterans Memorial Park (130 Atlantic Street) through October 10, offering shoppers a chance to support local farmers and vendors while stocking up on seasonal favorites.
Visitors can browse a wide variety of locally grown fruits, vegetables, flowers, breads, jams, baked goods, cheeses, oils, and more—all straight from the farm to your home. The market also accepts WIC and SNAP benefits, helping make fresh, local food accessible to the community.
The opening day will feature free yoga with Sala Tree Yoga at 9:00 a.m. (just bring your own mat—no registration required) followed by live music from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
