After an eleven-year hiatus from the workforce to prioritize her family, Gayathri Kumaresan found herself drifting away from the technology industry she once worked in; the evolution of which was fast and drastic. She was sure of her intention and determination to return to her career, but the thought of facing interviews after such a long break was intimidating.
