Dear Participants,

This is a short survey to understand the needs of mothers who are breastfeeding (both direct and bottle feeding), and how the government can better support them.

We are looking for:

breastfeeding mothers with children younger than 2 years old, or
expectant mothers who intend to breastfeed after giving birth.

The results will help BMSG in our advocacy efforts with lawmakers and government agencies.

All responses will be kept confidential. We hope for your continued efforts in helping BMSG continue being the voice for breastfeeding families.
