WHO is Joy?Trained in HeartMath and positive psychology, she is a well-being &amp; leadership coach for female leaders. She is also a photographer and dance/Qigong instructor. Her upcoming book is called SHE&#x27;s Made for Love, agreements for self -love and character strengths. She coaches SHEs on how to be their strong and sassy selves using creative arts, positive psychology, and psychometric tools.  As the co-founder of SHE Network and the author of From Zero to Shakti, she is passionate about empowering SHEs to give themselves permission to shine. With her signature strengths of zest, curiosity, and love of learning, her mission is to support SHEs to align with life, flow with ease, and sparkz joy with zest! It&#x27;s sassy time!WHO is N﻿icole?Nicole is an Aroma Wellness Coach. She advocates wellness through education where she conducts Stress Management and mental well-being classes, empowering people with the knowledge of using Aromatherapy.Professionally, she works with various partners to conduct health and wellness classes on Stress Management, Pain Management, and DIY Team-bonding Workshop for Organization like M1, Singapore Police Force, and HDB. She is also an MOE Registered Trainer and conduct elective modules in local schools.She helps participants prioritize their well-being so that they have the energy and mental clarity to succeed both personally and professionally.
