Meet The Leader Series: October Edition

The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, is a network of hubs developed and led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, achievements and their drive to make a contribution to their communities. Global Shapers are highly motivated individuals who have a great potential for future leadership roles in society and with the unique mandate of representing the voices of youth at World Economic Forum events. Shapers are united by a common desire to channel the members’ tremendous energy and enthusiasm into building a more peaceful and inclusive world.

The Meet The Leader Series are held monthly and organised by the Global Shaper Accra Hub.

<p>Join our interactive session that focuses on leadership and provide young people with an opportunity to hear about the personal experiences of leaders. The sessions are moderated by Global Shapers at the Accra Hub, who guide the conversation and provide young people with the opportunity to talk directly with leaders about their concerns and hopes for the future. In the month of October, we host the amazing Ato Ulzen Appiah, the Director of the GhanaThink Foundation who embodies the spirit of volunteerism.
