Voices from the Field is a unique networking opportunity for the Roots community designed to facilitate collaborations and create meaningful spaces for reflection and sharing experiences. This session will also celebrate the achievements of our Microgrants Program Cohort 1 recipients. During this session, grantees will showcase their work, share key learnings and insights, and offer recommendations based on their experiences in the field.

After the presentations, participants will move into breakout rooms for deeper, small-group conversations for an opportunity to engage with grantees and other organizers to explore shared goals, and build new relationships within the Roots community.

The structure of the session:

1- Presentation of the projects of 4 grantees.

2- Open plenary for comments and questions.

3- Breakout rooms for networking, sharing experiences and identify collaboration opportunities.
