“The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you're uncool.”

You ever just watch a film and as you’re watching you feel seen, you feel like this film was made for you and as soon as the credits roll your simply lost for words but know you’re forever changed? Yea that’s how I feel about this film.
With my whole heart I love this film.
Possibly the best coming-of-age movie ever showing family, adolescence, love, morals, the love of music, and the greatness in being “uncool”

Toy Story 5
★★★½ Watched

Watched this with my little brother, and he immediately went on his iPad after... *sigh*
So much better than 4 as it feels like it was made with a purpose and reason besides just money (it still definitely is also made for money tho).
I loved how this movie was centered on Jessie and went the route of dealing with her feelings of being abandoned once again, after it had already happened to her, and it builds on her story…

Why? Why? Why? The most I’ve cried in a theater. So beautifully tragic.

Death of a Unicorn

Another eat the rich story sure but add in some Unicorns messing shit up and I am there!
Loved how there was some actual lore to the Unicorns that made them feel scary and real. CGI wasn’t the best but nothing that completely took me out of the film, and Will Poulter is by far my favorite part along side the Unicorns.
Overall a very cool creature feature that isn’t anything special but one I enjoyed nonetheless.
We need more Unicorn movies.
