So um...that was a movie. As a comic adaptation as they marketed as to fans it was abysmal like the entire 2nd to 3rd act wasnt at all like ot was. So far only Kara's and lobos character was the only good ones, HATE how they reassured krypton weird nazi like ideology and it wasnt just jor-el's weird side of the family. And that last needle drop that apperently gunn picked himself.....

Really liked this again. And the change if color grading from a blue focus that changed from a grey focus to now a more yellow is a REALLY good choice. And I love the baby pro mental health message it has but high key shouldnt have had alexi in it but Barton and maybe it could have if Jeremy wasnt recovering while this move was filming. Like he ruins all the scenes he shares with stupidity and not even needed comedy hes just there being the dead beat trafficker that he is pretending that he grew and changed as a person.

Legit one of the best again post endgame projects. Legit need them to get back into their gothic phase and do a sequel to this and finally do blade and midnight sons

Okay, legit finished the book a few hours before seeing the movie amd I have to say for a sci fi movie this is BEAUTIFUL. Oscar worthy cinematography, and Oscar and Grammy worthy score. But as an adaptation its....okay it keeps the major plot points of the book with valid changes for time constraints. The only major character change i didnt like was Stratt being less of a asshole and more of a stone ish character just here to be the reason while PHM exists. That and her weird romantic tension witb Ryland I also hated. There was no need for that tension like at all.
