This was my first adaptation of the famous novel that I’ve watched. The cinematography was beautiful. The costumes were beautiful. The story is a classic for a reason, and I love the overall message of growing out of childhood and into adulthood and the trials that come with it. From what I’ve heard the ending has been altered from the novel. I feel it is left up to the viewer to decide whether or not Joe gets married. But it does seem, she may have chosen not to marry the professor which to me, I don’t love because it’s strays from the original material.

Really enjoyed this murder mystery! Follows our main character Bundle who hunts down the murderer of her lover and a few friends. Especially appreciated the aesthetic of the limited series and I’m hoping with how open ended the ending is that it will get some sort of season two.

An entertaining watch! The final twist felt a bit far-fetched to me, but overall this murder mystery definitely kept us wanting to binge the next episode. It gave Pretty Little Liars / Scream vibes, lol.

The story follows Anna, a news anchor struggling to reclaim her career after a personal tragedy. She returns to her hometown to investigate a murder she may—or may not—have ties to.

Sydney Sweeney’s acting is lack luster. Amanda Seyfried nailed it! Brandon Sklenar is HOT. Overall a pretty good adaptation of the novel!
