In compliance with NAIC (UAE National Advance Information Centre) mandates, ONE will implement the below AMS (Advance Manifest Submission Fee) to facilitate the UAE MPCI (Maritime Pre-load Cargo Information) electronic submission of cargo details to NAIC (National Advance Information Centre) 24 hours before vessel departure from the last foreign port.
