HOW IT WORKS
Bringing your chapter’s vision to life with The Canyon Sunset Collection is effortless and fully customizable. Choose your base styles, colors, and design elements, and our design team will help create merch that feels authentically you—made for your chapter, your moments, your legacy.
OUR PROCESS
Step 1 / Brainstorm and Design
Determine the purpose of your merch (e.g., recruitment, philanthropy, or PR). Draft your design ideas, including specific Greek letters, color palettes, and artwork. You can work with our in-house designers or submit your own mock-ups
Step 2 / Ensure Licensing Compliance
All sorority merchandise featuring Greek letters or crests must be produced by officially licensed vendors. We will only produce products for sororities that we carry the license for through Affinity Licensing. All artwork must be submitted and approved by Affinity licensing. If we are not currently licensed with a sorority, check back later as we are in the process of adding more.
Step 3 / Choose Your Ordering Method
Once designs are approved, we will proceed with the order once payment is received.
Step 4 / Approve The Art Proof
We will send you final art proof from our factory before proceeding with production. Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Step 5 / Production
Once the proof is officially approved, production begins. Standard turnaround times range from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the vendor's current queue.
Step 6 / Shipping and Distribution
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
