Catalyst Festival returns to Norfolk Showground from 27–30 May 2028, bringing our Catalyst family together once again.
We can’t wait to gather with our Catalyst family in May 2028 at Norfolk Showground!
Every two years, we gather to lift our voices in worship, dive into the Word, and celebrate the incredible journey we’re on together. But Catalyst is more than just a family of churches—we’re a movement, raising world-changing disciples who carry the good news of Jesus into every sphere of life.
We believe that God has called each of us to partner with His advancing kingdom, transforming culture and making disciples wherever we go. Catalyst Festival is designed to equip, inspire, and accelerate us on that mission.
Delegates will arrive on Saturday lunchtime for an evening start, and we will wrap up on Tuesday morning with a final meeting before departing in the afternoon.

What does a day look like at the Catalyst Festival?
The day will begin with a morning bible study, followed by a celebration meeting for adults and kids and youth meetings.
After lunch there is a varied programme of engaging content and fun activities for all the family, before the evening meeting for the adults, Youth and Ignite age groups.
After the evening meeting we have a packed after-hours programme continuing until around 11pm.
Will children and youth have their own sessions?
Yes! We have a fantastic team preparing an exciting and faith-filled programme for children and youth.
-
Babies (0–2 years) will have a dedicated space each morning to enjoy with their grown-ups and connect with other families.
-
Children aged 3–4, and those in Reception to Year 2, will meet with their groups in the mornings and join their grown-ups for the main evening meetings.
-
Children in Years 3–6 and youth in Years 7–11 will have their own group sessions both morning and evening.
Each session is packed with worship, games, activities and Bible teaching—creating a fun, engaging environment for children and young people to grow in faith and community.
We are support children and youth with additional needs in all our main groups and have access to a dedicated break-out space for those who need it.
During the afternoons, there’s plenty of free time, and our family area, The Barn, offers a wide range of activities for children of different ages.
When can I arrive and depart?
Gates will open for delegates midday on Saturday 23rd May.
Group Coordinators and a small group of helpers may arrive to set up their church’s site from 3pm on Friday 22nd May.
The event finishes with the morning meetings on Tuesday 26th May, there’s plenty of time to pack up after this, to avoid the need to rush off, before everyone must be off site by 3pm.
Can I stay off site?
You may stay off site if you prefer, there is no concession to the ticket price for those wishing to do so.
You’ll be able to access the site daily from 7.30am when the gate opens, but will need to be off site before the gate closes at 11.30pm each night.
You’ll need your event wristband on at all times, and will be able to park in the ‘day visitor car park’ before entering the site each day.
Can I use my car onsite?
Cars and other vehicles may be brought onto site to unload but must be moved to the carpark as soon as possible after, and no later than the beginning of the first evening meeting on Saturday.
The site will remain car-free for the duration of the event until midday on Tuesday when vehicles will once again be allowed to enter to pack up.
How can I serve?
There are a variety of ways to serve at the festival, with teams ranging from kids work, to stewarding, operations and car park. We need to come together as a Catalyst family to serve in order to make this event happen with everyone playing their part. Head to the serving page to see a full list of all the teams available.
Serving full time will afford the individual a free ticket, whilst serving part time will afford the individual a half price ticket – at whichever ticket rate they are eligible for.
There is an expectation that all churches send one server in the kids/youth work for every 5 under 19s they are bringing to the event.
Those serving in the kids/youth work will need to either provide the details of a DBS on the update service, or acquire a new one through Catalyst Network.
Servers can purchase a meal ticket to eat in the server canteen for £40, they can also do so for their spouse and children. Children’s meals are £20.
There is the option to join the Ministry Team. This will be given to all over 19 tickets by way of a tick box on the booking system. This does not afford the individual a discount, but will be a huge blessing to the team.
All servers will require a Church Leader Reference to be completed. As part of the server booking process you’ll be asked to provide the name and email of a leader in your church who can complete this for you. If you are a leader within your church, you’ll need to provide the details of another leader: this person must not be related to you.

If you would like to access BSL interpretation during the festival, or if you have any questions about this provision, please get in touch with the team at interpreting@signsofgod.org.uk
