27th JUNE: SATURDAY TOMs EVENT
The CBYA held what might be the last Saturday TOMs event of the summer. Although we were informed that there would be no Saturday TOMs sailing in July and August, RCNC informed us at the last minute that the sailing school would be unmanned on Saturday 27th as well. 27th MAY: MAY SOCIAL LUNCH AT A BORDO
24 members attended the CBYA May Social Lunch on Wednesday 27th May at the ever-popular A Bordo Restaurante in Jávea. With beautiful marina views, excellent food, great company and plenty of laughter, a wonderful afternoon was enjoyed by all! 17th MAY: MATADOR II ENTERS THE 37th TROFEO PENON DE IFACH
Matador II (owned by Barry McCrae) has entered the 37th Trofeo Peñón de Ifach regatta, one of the highlights of the local offshore racing calendar. The event consists of two legs, beginning in Calpe on Thursday 21 May at 10:00am and finishing in Formentera after a 65-nautical-mile passage.
