I currently attend Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as an Engineering Design and Engineering Managements student. Here, I enjoy problem-solving with creative solutions and seeing projects from conception to execution.
Engineering Design is a new ABET accredited multi-disciplinary Engineering major that focuses on user-centered product design. It integrates Mechanical/Electrical Hardware design and Software design into Product Design and Development in order to help us create the best product based on users themselves. Through my major I gain a great depth of experience in cross-functional team work, rapid prototyping, Mechanical and Electrical and Software Design, with a heavy emphasis on Human Factors Engineering and Product Design. Thanks to the Engineering Design curriculum we learn how to communicate between the client and Engineering teams in order to deliver products users are excited to use and will fit seamlessly into their lives.
