Difficulties with the new app

Disappointed Deriv user
The old Deriv app was honestly way better and far more user friendly. Before, your money was just there and ready to use across trades without all this unnecessary transferring between accounts. Now everything feels separated for no reason. If I want to trade accumulators, multipliers, or anything else, I suddenly have to stop and do transfers back and forth constantly.What makes it worse is that the transfers don’t even work properly half the time. Money disappears into different sections, balances show as zero, and you’re left trying to figure out which wallet or account your own funds are sitting in. Something that used to take seconds has now become confusing and frustrating.The new setup feels overcomplicated:• Too many account types and wallets• Constant internal transfers required• Funds not automatically accessible• Confusing interface/navigation• Transfers failing or taking too long• Makes quick trading impossible• Feels less smooth and less beginner friendlyThe old app was simple, direct, and efficient. This new version feels like extra work just to access your own money.

We appreciate the willingness to update but the app is very slow compared to Deriv Go. My MT5 account does not refresh when the balance changes. As of this message, it has been loading for 10mins(the startup).Please fix
