Help keep Reddit the most human place on the internet

If you have apps that use Reddit’s Data API, register them so people can better recognize your apps and differentiate them from human accounts on the platform.

To continue, you’ll need the account information associated with your API app and a personal Reddit account you’d like to register your apps with.

Apps that register before June 30, 2026, may be eligible to claim a $1,000 porting bounty as part of Reddit’s $1,000,000 Developer Platform App Migration Program.

If you decide to migrate your app to Reddit’s Developer Platform in addition to registering, you’ll also be eligible to receive Reddit Developer Funds and free hosting.
